Fire Protection System Design for Urban Villages
Urban villages exist in every fast-growing city in China. These villages have always been at the heart of the fire problem due to dense housing and narrow roads. Against the backdrop of future intelligent cities, this project creates an intelligent fire-fighting system for urban villages that intelligently responds to fires, helps residents fight fires, and assists firefighters.

The Fire Fighting Drone is designed to transmit video information of the fire scene, assist firefighters in locating trapped persons, and throw fire extinguisher balls. When a fire breaks out, the drone quickly arrives at the scene, providing firefighters with real-time images. Simultaneously, firefighters can control the drone to release fire-extinguishing bombs, enhancing their ability to combat the fire effectively.
The fire fighting vehicle is equipped to transmit video information of the fire scene, assist firefighters in locating trapped persons, and provide fire hoses to residents. When a fire occurs, the vehicle delivers fire hoses to residents by climbing stairs, enabling them to save themselves. Simultaneously, it transmits real-time information on the fire situation to the firefighters, aiding in their response efforts.
The main structure logic is to divide this machine into three main systems, which are PCB system, body system and battery system.The drone covers are metal(aluminum) made by die casting and CNC with anode oxidation finishing considering that this machine works in high temperature environment. Basically, components are connected using screws and nuts to make sure they stick tightly.
Fire car structure is considered to use metal(aluminum) as the main material because of high temperature working. The metal covers are made by die casting and CNC with anode oxidation finishing with lasermarking logo. All parts are connected with screws and nuts to make sure it is convinient to assembly or disassembly. Also components repairing is possible.
