HMI Design for Autonomous Driving Mode Switching

This project designs the transition from Manual to Autonomous Driving mode in self-driving cars. It includes creating interactive elements for a seamless and intuitive handover from driver to vehicle control.
Design Task Brief——
Introduction of fully autonomous cars is no longer a distant reality. As we prepare to design for vehicles capable of self-driving, the moment of handover of control from human (driver) to computer (vehicle) will be of great importance. This exercise is going to design this transition moment from Manual Driving mode to Autonomous Driving mode in a car.
Background——
With the popularization of assisted driving functions such as L2 and L3, the mode switch between driver-controlled and vehicle-controlled driving has become an important vehicle control function.
